Application Criteria:
1-) Master’s Program admits students based on their quantitative ALES score. The ALES score must be at least 55.
2-) Applicants to the Master’s Program must be graduates of the Department of Geological Engineering.
3-) For foreign language proficiency, applicants must have taken the YDS or an equivalent examination recognized by the Interuniversity Board (such as TOEFL) and submit an approved copy of the result document.*
4-) Others conditions are subject to the provisions specified in the AKÜ Posgraduate Education-Training and Examination Regulations.
Applicants who have not taken a foreign language examination may still apply to the Master’s programs. However, in the success evaluation, the foreign language score will be considered as ZERO (0), and no foreign language examination will be administered by the Institute.
Note: For applicants to the Master’s Program, the total score—calculated as 50% of the ALES score (or an equivalent score from exams such as GRE or GMAT), 20% of the undergraduate GPA, and 30% of the interview score—must be at least 60 out of 100.
